Personalized Online Coaching From Expert Coaches

GAINS offers world-class online fitness coaching, available from anywhere in the world. So long as you have an email address, you can work with us.

Online fitness coaching is typically more affordable than in-person coaching, while enabling you to work 1:1 with an experienced coach - you’re no longer limited to whatever personal trainer is available locally (and who knows if they’re any good!).

We’ve been doing online coaching since 2012. With hundreds of clients helped, our results speak for themselves. Most of our clients established their fitness habit for the first time, or see superior results compared to years of wasted effort with past programs and ineffective trainers.

We work with clients of all levels of ability, age, and gender, and we work with any type of fitness goal.

What You Get:

  • You’ll start off with a free intake call with your coach, where you’ll talk over your needs, goals, and training history, and we’ll answer any questions you might have.

  • In your free intake call, you’ll discuss your goals, needs, and past experience with your coach, who will then personalize a program to suit your needs.

    Your program will be updated regularly based on past data to ensure optimal progress.

  • We’ve built out an incredibly powerful spreadsheet that tackles everything, and enables you to track: workouts, habits, sleep, diet, training volume, strength improvements, and more.

    Your spreadsheet is customized based on your needs, and will contain your weekly/monthly workout updates.

  • You will work with a coach who is always available to answer questions and provide guidance. Our email turnaround time is within 24hrs.

  • You can schedule video calls with your coach as frequently as you’d like, and dependent on your coach’s availability. Current clients are not charged for calls.

  • Your coach will check in with you by email weekly, or you can discuss more frequent checkins as needed.

  • Your coach can analyze your lifting form from provided videos, and provide you with feedback on tweaks to make to your lifts or your program as a result.

What makes us different?

  • Here’s the secret to our methods - there’s no secret.

    We’ve been writing for over a decade about our training methods, for free, on this site. There’s no magic pill or hidden technique to seeing the results you want. Just a good plan, consistency, and time.

    The first mistake lifters make is putting all their good effort in all the wrong places. If you’re not focused on the right kinds of work, you’re not going to see results.

    The second mistake is thinking that it's about finding the "perfect" exercise plan. There’s no such thing.

    No mass market plan will show you the results you want to see forever. They work for a little bit, but then you stop seeing results. Why is this? Because progress is easy at first - this is called beginner gains. But after you stop seeing beginner gains, you absolutely need to get smart about how to continue getting results. You’re an individual person, with individual strengths and weaknesses. Targeting those weaknesses shows you the fastest and most consistent results - but most programs don’t have any kind of method for doing this.

    If you’re just copying a program designed for the average person, you won’t succeed - because you’re unique, and you need a program that’s designed for you. A successful transformation is about YOU and YOUR psychology, physiology, and your specific environment. One size never fits all.

    It’s not about having the perfect program - it’s about having a program that’s right for you. That’s what we do for you.

    If you stumble in your diet or exercise plan, crappy coaches will yell at you and tell you something like “stop being lazy” or “just toughen up.” These coaches don’t get results. Usually, we’re the coaches who say something more along the lines of “take an extra day off, you deserve it!” or “eat some pizza already!”

    There are certainly some people who need a bit of tough love - but they’re the minority.

    Maybe another coach will tell you what to do, but not why you’re doing it. This is smart for them, because it keeps their clients reliant on them - but it also means you’re just wasting money.

    Many coaches haven’t worked with very many clients, and don’t know how to make anything other than one-size-fits-all programs. We’ve worked with hundreds of clients in more than 20 countries around the world. We’ve mastered the art of getting bigger and stronger.
