I began lifting as a depressed 140lb weakling 16 year old nerd, and it helped me transform into the person I am today, training as a bodybuilder and a powerlifter.

In over a decade of training and coaching, I’ve helped 2000+ clients of all body types and all levels of ability to get better results with less effort, and establish a healthier relationship with fitness, diet, and their bodies.

We offer world-class online fitness coaching. Online coaching is typically cheaper than in-person coaching, and enables us to work with clients anywhere in the world - so long as you have a computer!

I wrote the Better book series as a way to compress a decade of self-improvement knowledge into a quick and easily readable format. This consists of five books: Healthier, Stronger, Bigger, Smarter, and Wiser, which share the common goal of making you - Better.
